RE-BRANDING — IDENTITY SYSTEM, FRONT & BACK LABELS

Mario Badescu is an established skincare brand for a wide ranging demographic and the project goal for this project was to elevate, not only through the label, but the overall packaging system. The first step I took in the re-branding process was to decide whether or not the plastic containers would be kept, and I decided against them to heighten the quality of the product with glass containers, which also helped modernize the overall look of the brand. For the labels, adding vibrant colors resulted in a really fun approach to the new image of  Mario Badescu that I envisioned. The icons for the ingredients of the bottle were something I also designed, and simplified down to further communicate the key components that help make the brand stand out in the beauty industry.
